Cielo’s commitment to sustainable development is reinforced through its Sustainability Policy. Thus, we seek to ensure clear guidelines concerning our initiatives in the topics of environmental, social, diversity and corporate governance.
Our 2021-2025 Strategic Sustainability Planning establishes a Sustainability Purpose, as well as the guidelines and strategic topics for the Company’s sustainability, which represent the structure for the development of shared value.

- Our Sustainability Committee advises the Board of Directors.
- We are listed in the Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE B3) and in the Sustainability Yearbook 2022 by S&P Global.
- We have an established Diversity & Inclusion Policy and six official commitments to be reached by 2030, which address aspects related to gender, race and ethnicity, disability, and LGBTQIA+.
- We have defined hiring goals for gender and race, aiming at a more diverse and representative staff by 2025.
- Through our Private Social Investment strategy, we support projects that focus on Education, Entrepreneurship and Diversity & Inclusion.
- Our Climate Strategy is aligned with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and we report information about our climate change management in the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project).
- Our Environmental Management System (SGA) is certified by ISO 14.001.
Annual Reports
Cielo discloses information about its actions, generation of value and performance, challenges and main results on Annual Reports, an initiative that supports our commitment to transparency and open dialogue with our internal and external customers.
These reports are prepared in accordance with the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and the Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC). The reports are audited by an independent third party.
