The Income Report (IR) is sent to the address listed in the bookkeeping bank’s registry. In Cielo’s case, in Bradesco Bank’s registry.
If you have any issues to receive the document, please follow the instructions below:
- If you have a checking account at Bradesco and your asset is centralized in your checking account, you may check and issue a second copy of the said document through the Internet Banking / Home Broker Menu / Check the Registered Asset Position / Check the Earnings Release Statement – 2nd Copy.
- If you do not have a checking account at Bradesco, the second copy of the said document may be obtained by the investor in any Bradesco agency.
- If you are not receiving the ER at your address, please go to any Bradesco agency and update your registration data.
